Laycor LLC ("we") operates powerupwp.com and the Power Up WP plugin ("Power Up WP" is a product and trade name of Laycor LLC). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Purchase data: your email address and payment details are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• License data: your license key, the domain it's activated on, plan, and expiry date.
• Feature requests: when the plugin uses AI or tracking features, it sends the relevant content (page text, keywords, phrases) to our API, which forwards it to the service that fulfills it (OpenAI on your own key, DataForSEO, or other AI providers). We log request counts per license for rate limiting; we do not sell your content or use it for training.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and we don't store your OpenAI API key on our servers — it stays in your WordPress database and is passed through per request.

Data retention & deletion

License and tracking history are kept while your license is active. Email support@powerupwp.com to request deletion of your data.
