Each Power Up WP license permits use of the plugin on one WordPress site. You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys. We may deactivate keys that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Your license remains active through the end of the paid period after cancellation. Refunds within 14 days of first purchase — email support.
AI features use your own OpenAI API key and are subject to OpenAI's terms and pricing. Rank data comes from third-party SERP providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or costs of third-party services.
The plugin is provided "as is." Always back up your site before running database cleanup or bulk operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
